Loom weaving has been a starting place for me to get back into the studio after having my daugther in 2015.  I have been mediating on how my daily encounters of being a mom immediately impact my work, time, thought processes, and energy. I am interested in my growing relationship with my daughter and our shared histories that link us together and binds us to our histories past.  I believe that all of this is reflected in my work through my color and composition choices. All weavings were created from 2017 -present and part of my Artist Residency in Motherhood (ARIM).
